Collaborative Law

Collaborative Law is a multi-disciplinary dispute resolution model that allows parties to resolve family, civil and business disputes, such as divorce or business dissolution, without court intervention. The Collaborative process offers clients support from their attorneys, and often a Collaborative team, including financial and mental health professionals, all of whom are hired specifically to facilitate the Collaborative negotiation.

Collaborative practice is a client-focused model requiring enhanced learning to become a skilled professional. Building on one's skills is crucial to the delivery of the service the public deserves.
