Trainers

Those who have presented trainings in the past or will present trainings in the future through Collaborative Training Solutions, LLC and who are listed as trainers in the training listings and descriptions, do not have a business relationship or affiliation with Collaborative Training Solutions, LLC. Their biographical links are provided for information only.

Attendance

Attendance at any particular training does not guarantee any outcome as a result of attendance, nor does attendance provide a Certification as a Collaborative Professional. The Certificate of Attendance each participant receives only certifies that the participant has attended the amount of hours of the particular training stated on the Certificate of Attendance.

International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP)

While Collaborative Training Solutions, LLC encourages membership in the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and supports its work, there is no business affiliation nor connection between Collaborative Training Solutions, LLC and the IACP. Further, although the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) provides standards for trainers and trainings, the IACP does not certify trainers nor does the IACP certify trainings.

Cancellation Policy

Advance cancellation refund policy: 31+ days, 100%; 30 days, 75%; 14 days 50%; 8 days, 25%. We regret that we cannot honor refund requests within 7 days before the training. Note: Training will be held rain, snow, or shine in the Towson, Maryland area. If the trainer(s) is/are unable to travel because of inclement weather in their residence locations, an alternate trainer or trainers will be secured without notice. Hotel reservations are recommended as refunds will not be given for cancellations due to inclement weather.
