Description: Learn the Collaborative Resolution Process in which an interdisciplinary team of professionals fosters collaborative problem solving to help clients reach a reasoned, informed settlement in a non-adversarial way. Learn the Role of Collaborative Team members – attorneys, divorce coaches, financial neutrals, child specialists and mediators, and how they work together to help families. Learn about growing your practice and how to start a practice group.

Description: This training includes a comprehensive introduction to Collaborative family practice, theory, ethics, skills development and practice growth. Multidisciplinary Collaborative practitioners will provide education, and will lead discussion, regarding the value added, purposeful integration of these professionals in the Collaborative process. Collaborative Practice is growing at a phenomenal rate all over the world. This remarkable growth is driven by the essence of the process: the parties, attorneys and allied professionals agree to work together, rather than resorting to the courts for resolution of their issues. You must attend the entire training to receive a Certificate of Attendance.
